About Us

“Connecting People with Property”

We first meet in July 2016 at a Leadership Conference in Sydney. We were chosen to participate together in a team challenge and realised that we shared a love of property and had some associates in common!  Following on from the conference we kept in touch and learnt that not only did we share a love of property but shared the same values and goals.

In July 2017 we decided to combine our knowledge and experience and we formed our company Let’s Develop.

Our core purpose in Let’s Develop is to generate profit for landowners, developers and investors. We are active members of several groups for property developers based in Brisbane and have developed a great network of like-minded, supportive people. Using our experience, skills, resources and contacts to help people move on and others move in to established areas where people want to live.

We are both members of The Developer Network and make use of the consultancy services and attend monthly workshops. We take every opportunity to expand our knowledge and experience through Networking groups and Seminars.

Lynda Kelly

Associate Diploma in Business and Certificate III, International Travel Consultant.

I worked in the Travel Industry for 15 years. Prior to that I have worked in PR, Sales, Marketing and Dispute Resolution.

I loved my career and had achieved a pinnacle position in the Industry as Queensland, NT and Northern NSW Manager for Holland America Line and Seabourn Cruising. After taking Maternity Leave I had to admit I could no longer perform my gruelling schedule and travel commitments.

I have now resigned from the Travel Industry to concentrate on Property Development.

I have completed the Bob Anderson Property Development Mastermind Course and am still undergoing group mentoring. I then went on to complete Subdivision Millionaire and Naomi Findlay’s Rapid Renovation Program as well as Digital Profits and Web Dev Accelerator and am now working on my Coaching Skills with Pip Mackay so I can better mentor others.

Jennifer and I have attended Zadel Experience together and are members of Dominique Grubisa’s Wealth Protection Group.

I attend regular meetings with Property Resource Group, Property Developer Network and am a member of the Brisbane North Property Investors Network.

I have been actively involved in property since purchasing my first house in Red Hill in 2000. Since then I have purchased houses in Paddington, Annerley and a Queenslander in Shorncliffe which is my Primary Residence.

Since 2016 I have completed three property developments including a 1 into 3 splitter block in Keperra, a 1 into 3 splitter block in Bald Hills and a 2 into 3 subdivision in Bald Hills.

Bachelor of Economics (Accounting), CPA, BAS Agent, Graduate Diploma of Communication

I’m an Accountant by trade, and for the last 10 years I have worked closely with business owners and their staff on projects to implement new software, procedures and training.

I left this business in 2016 to further pursue my passion for property. I also set up my own consulting business to work with small business owners, primarily to set up Xero and provide training, to help them understand the software and what it is telling them about their business. Through my property network I have created a niche providing software setup, training and compliance for property investment and development businesses and projects.

My decision to pursue property on a more active basis was sparked by going to a seminar in May 2016 and seeing the delightful Cherie Barber speak about her successful renovating business. I completed her three-day bootcamp in Sydney in December 2016.  In the meantime, I attended the Stuart Zadel Ultimate Property Conference, and learnt more regarding property investment and development. I signed up with Bob Anderson and did his Property Development Mastermind Course which focused on development from subdivisions through to multi-unit dwellings. I am also part of Dymphna Boholt’s Ultimate Real Estate Community and have attended several seminars and bootcamps.

I also maintain professional development with my accounting and business skills, having most recently completed the Social Adviser’s Ignite and Resonance course.

I have been actively involved in property since the early 90’s purchasing a freestanding terrace house in Richmond, then one in Prahran (wish I still had them now!). I moved to Brisbane in 1996 and have purchased houses in Paddington, Camp Hill, Wakerley, and now my forever home in Manly. I also owned a rental property in Toowong, bought with no experience – some lessons learnt there.
